Service Description
A refreshing deep-cleaning facial designed to remove surface build-up, gently exfoliate and leave the skin feeling clean, smooth and refreshed. Finished with a soothing facial mask, skincare and LED Light Therapy. This is a gentle, non-extraction facial treatment focused on cleansing, exfoliation and skin relaxation. Includes the complete 45-minute treatment with additional time for: more thorough cleansing and skin preparation, extended gentle exfoliation and facial care, longer skincare application, extended facial mask and relaxation time, LED Light Therapy, moisturiser and finishing skincare, SPF protection where appropriate. Best for: clients wanting a fresh, clean and refreshed complexion without extractions. Service time is an estimate only and may vary depending on individual hair growth, density, skin condition and treatment requirements. Services are priced by treatment, not by time.
Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy before completing your booking. 1. Online Bookings Appointments may be booked up to 60 days in advance. Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the requested appointment time. 2. Payment Full payment is required at the time of online booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. 3. Service Time The appointment duration shown on our website is an estimated service time only. Actual treatment time may be shorter or longer depending on individual factors such as hair length, density, hair growth cycle and skin condition. Beauty Wax Bar services are priced by the service booked, not by the number of minutes required to complete the treatment. If your booked service is professionally completed earlier than the estimated appointment time, the service is considered completed. The remaining estimated time does not represent an unused portion of the service or an entitlement to a partial refund. 4. Please Select Your Services Carefully Please make sure you select all services you wish to receive before completing your booking. If a service was not included in your original booking, we cannot guarantee that it can be added on the day. 5. Cancellations You may cancel your appointment online without a cancellation fee when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Within 24 hours of your appointment, online cancellation is no longer available; please contact Beauty Wax Bar directly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booked service. 6. No-Shows If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided the required notice, a no-show fee of up to 100% of the booked service may apply. 7. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled online without a fee when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times. 8. Refunds Refunds are not automatically provided for change of mind, late cancellations, no-shows, or a service completed in less time than the estimated appointment duration. Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method. 9. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
