ONLINE BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read the following policy carefully before completing your online booking. By making an online booking and payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below.

1. Online Bookings

Appointments may be booked up to 60 days in advance.

Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the requested appointment time.

Online booking is available for all Beauty Wax Bar services.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of online booking to secure your appointment.

Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

3. Please Select Your Services Carefully

Please make sure you select all services you wish to receive before completing your booking.

Appointment time is allocated according to the services selected at the time of booking.

The appointment duration shown on our website is an estimated service time only. Actual treatment time may be shorter or longer depending on individual factors such as hair length, hair thickness and density, hair growth cycle, the size of the treatment area, and skin condition.

Beauty Wax Bar services are priced by the service booked, not by the number of minutes required to complete the treatment.

If your booked service is professionally completed earlier than the estimated appointment time, the service is considered completed. The remaining estimated time does not represent an unused portion of the service or an entitlement to a partial refund.

If a service was not included in your original booking, we cannot guarantee that it can be added on the day, as sufficient appointment time may not be available.

Where additional time is available, extra services may be added at the discretion of Beauty Wax Bar and will be charged separately.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your appointment online without a cancellation fee when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Within 24 hours of your appointment, online cancellation is no longer available. Please contact Beauty Wax Bar directly.

Where applicable, any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method by Beauty Wax Bar.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booked service, taking into account the appointment time reserved and the reasonable loss incurred by the business.

Any such fee is assessed by Beauty Wax Bar according to the circumstances. It is not charged automatically at the time of cancellation.

5. No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided the required notice, a no-show fee of up to 100% of the booked service may apply.

Any such fee is assessed and applied by Beauty Wax Bar according to the circumstances.

A new booking and payment will be required before another appointment can be confirmed.

6. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled online without a rescheduling fee when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Within 24 hours of your appointment, online rescheduling is no longer available. Please contact Beauty Wax Bar directly.

Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times. Beauty Wax Bar monitors rescheduling and will contact you if this limit is reached.

After three reschedules, the existing booking may need to be cancelled and a new booking made.

Any applicable cancellation fee or refund will be handled in accordance with this policy and Australian Consumer Law.

7. Changes to Booked Services

Please contact Beauty Wax Bar as early as possible if you wish to change or remove a service from your booking.

Changes made with at least 24 hours' notice can generally be adjusted subject to availability.

Removing or substantially changing a booked service less than 24 hours before your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation of that portion of the booking, and a cancellation fee may apply.

8. If Beauty Wax Bar Needs to Cancel or Change Your Appointment

In the unlikely event that Beauty Wax Bar is unable to provide your booked appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

You will be offered an appropriate option to reschedule your appointment or receive a refund where applicable, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

9. Refunds

Refunds are not automatically provided for:

• Change of mind

• Late cancellations

• No-shows

• Late removal or change of booked services

• A service completed in less time than the estimated appointment duration

• Circumstances where a cancellation fee reasonably applies under this policy

Where a refund is approved, it is processed by Beauty Wax Bar to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Any refund entitlement will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Booking Agreement

By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Online Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy.
